We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (for online payments) or order confirmation (for COD).

4. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver products across Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
– Dhaka City: 1-3 working days
– Outside Dhaka: 3-7 working days
Delivery charges: ৳60 within Dhaka, ৳150 outside Dhaka. Free delivery on orders above ৳1,000.

5. Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return it immediately. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Refunds for online payments will be processed within 3-5 working days after the return is verified.

6. Warranty

Some of our products come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and are mentioned on individual product pages. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
